Atiloiqos Wireless

Goal

The goal of this project was to imagine and brand a fictitious telecommunications company with the name Atiloiqös. Specific assignments included creating a business suite, collateral branding, and a graphic standards guide.

Process

My process for this project began with questions: What does the average customer want in their wireless company? Customers want strength, speed, customer service, affordability, and, ultimately, trust. That is where this brand began. With initial logo sketches based on trust. When I didn’t find what I was looking for, I explored the ideas of embrace, speed, strength, connectivity, and finally communication. I researched original methods of mass communication and landed on Morse code. I played with dots, dashes and variations on the theme until I arrived at the circle logo, which (starting at the dot) spells out ‘trust’ in Morse code. The original mark was rigid and sharp and less than approachable. The edits I made created the Atiloiqös circle, which is fun, friendly, modern, and unique.

The corporate stationary was designed to be clean, modern, and to highlight the Atiloiqös Wireless circle (the logo).

The graphic standards guide is an essential part of any brand. Understanding and correctly utilizing brand elements allows for a cohesive feel and builds brand loyalty. I designed the Atiloiqös Wireless Graphic Standards Guide to be user friendly, comprehensive, and maintain the clean and modern feel of the overall brand while also staying approachable. This is a selected sampling of my final GSG.

I designed the retail environment to be comfortable, inviting, modern, and welcoming. The color scheme is maintained throughout the retail environment and the employee uniforms are intended to be both approachable and professional.

I designed the corporate signage and way-finding to be both clean and modern. The Atiloiqös Wireless brand aims to reach all technology users, with a focus on young professionals.

I designed this advertising campaign to be used across a number of platforms and a range of sizes. My goal was to draw the eye and impart a modern aesthetic while portraying a youthful feel to the company.
